Before I get into the menu, I have to make an apology ...
I feel like I have been totally neglecting my blog and have been super sucky at replying to comments the past couple of weeks.
My laptop bit the dust, which means that I am stuck working on our ancient desktop in our dungeon of a basement.
I really hate it down here and avoid it at all costs.

Also, if anyone has any recommendations on a new laptop let me know. Right now I REALLY want a mac book pro, but my husband (who also happens to work in IT - hates apple products).
So, long story short, we are pretty much at a standstill in the decision making process.
Other then that, last week was pretty standard. You will notice a lot of repeat lunches on this weeks menu. My kids have really not been eating much lunch here lately.
I can't decide if they are on hunger strike protesting the lack of carbs in the house, or if they are starting to have some appetite regulation from eating less sugar and grains.
They have been eating a lot more breakfast and of course my teen doesn't even wake up until lunch time so I don't even know how to label his meals anymore.
