Try this sheet pan loaded cauliflower for the perfect easy side dish. Roasted cauliflower topped with cheese, bacon, green onions and sour cream is the perfect combination that the entire family will love.
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Cut the cauliflower into medium florets and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and season salt. Toss to coat.
Transfer the cauliflower florets to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the edges are beginning to brown.
Remove from the cauliflower from the oven, but leave the oven on. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon over the cauliflower and return the pan to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
Remove from the oven and top with the sliced green onions.
Serve the cauliflower topped with sour cream if desired.
