Creamy Thai Peanut Dressing
Try this super easy homemade Thai peanut dressing on your favorite salad, or enjoy it as a sauce for chicken or shrimp!

Ingredients

natural peanut butter

tablespoon
lime juice (about 1 lime)

Soy Sauce

teaspoon
Sesame Oil

teaspoon
Ground Ginger

clove garlic
peeled

drops
liquid stevia
or to taste

tablespoon
Rice Vinegar

teaspoon
Sriracha (more or less to taste)

cup
unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse until everything is smooth and creamy, scraping the sides down as necessary.
Serve immediately or store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
