 In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate medium bowl combine the eggs, melted butter, and milk.

Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. Set aside and preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet to medium-high heat.

Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form around the edges. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm and with butter and syrup.
