Ingredients

Potatoes
I use small, creamer potatoes

tablespoon
Olive Oil
2
envelopes
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1
teaspoon
Paprika
1
teaspoon
Garlic Powder
½
cup
Beef Stock
or water
Instructions
Wash and dry the potatoes. If necessary, cut the potatoes into roughly 1", bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add the oil, broth, soup mix, and seasoning to the potatoes and stir until all the potatoes are coated.
2 tablespoon Olive Oil,
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix,
1 teaspoon Paprika,
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder,
½ cup Beef Stock
Cook the potatoes on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until they are fork tender. Enjoy!
