In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a seperate medium bowl cobine the eggs, melted butter, and milk.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. Some small lumps are ok. Set aside and preheat the griddle or a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat.
Pour approxiamately ¼ cup of batter onto the hot skillet and allow it to cook until bubbles begin forming around the edges. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes warm and with butter and syrup if desired.
