Instructions
Grease a 7x11" casserole dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the cauliflower rice pilaf in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish and spread into an even layer.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the cauliflower rice, then top each chicken breast with 2 slices of ham followed by 2 slices of cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned on top.
