These Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are the perfect burger for hot summer nights. They are a breeze to make and you can cook them on a grill, skillet or in your ovens broiler. Add on your favorite toppings to make them your own.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and then form into 12 uniform patties (about ⅓ cup of meat per patty)
In a separate smaller bowl, combine the beer and the Worcestershire sauce. Place the uncooked hamburger patties in a shallow dish, and pour the beer mixture over them. Allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Cook the burgers over high heat until they are cooked through and no longer pink inside, about 4 minutes per side.
Serve on a Slider Bun, and top with toppings of your choice.
