Beer Cheese Dip
This beer cheese dip is the perfect compliment to any appetizer spread or as an everyday snack. Try it with your favorite low carb crackers, homemade low carb soft pretzels, celery or just by the spoonful - no judgement here!

Ingredients

Butter

Low Carb Beer
I used Budweiser select 55

Mustard
I like to use dijon!

teaspoon
Paprika
plus additional for garnish

Ground Cayenne Pepper
or to taste

Heavy Whipping Cream

Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Combine the butter, beer, mustard, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and cayenne pepper in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream cheese, and heavy cream and shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
Return to stove over low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with additional paprika if desired.
Notes
One serving will be approximately 2 tbsp, however, this will vary some depending upon how much your dip reduces during the cooking process.
