4-Ingredient Almond Butter Mug Cake

This mug cake is perfect for a late night sweet tooth, or even an quick morning breakfast! Serve it topped with some homemade whipped cream for a little extra yumminess :)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Stevia or alternative sweetener of your choice to taste (I used about 10 drops of liquid stevia)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug. (If your almond butter is a little firm, you may want to microwave it for 10 seconds before adding in other ingredients for easier mixing)
  • Stir until you have a smooth batter.
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Enjoy!
