Cauli mac is a low carb version of everyone's favorite comfort food, and this slow cooker version will make it your go-to set it and forget it side dish!

cauliflower, cut into small florets (1 medium to large cauliflower)
shredded cheddar cheese
heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
