Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

These Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are the perfect burger for hot summer nights. They are a breeze to make and you can cook them on a grill, skillet or in your ovens broiler. Add on your favorite toppings to make them your own.

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and then form into 12 uniform patties (about 1/3 cup of meat per patty)
  • In a separate smaller bowl, combine the beer and the Worcestershire sauce. Place the uncooked hamburger patties in a shallow dish, and pour the beer mixture over them. Allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 
  • Cook the burgers over high heat until they are cooked through and no longer pink inside, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve on a Slider Bun, and top with toppings of your choice.
