In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the glaze. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Pour the glaze mixture over the chicken and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
