Cranberry sauce adds the perfect touch of sweet tartness to your holiday plate – plus it makes a great addition to a leftover turkey sandwich or salad after the big day is over.
In the past I always bought the canned cranberry sauce because I just assumed that homemade cranberry sauce would be too hard to make.
Little did I know that it honestly couldn’t be easier to make! Not to mention the canned stuff is loaded with sugar and doesn’t have a very exciting flavor profile either.
I love adding some cinnamon and orange zest to my cranberry sauce, but you can leave it out if you just want a plain sauce.
