This is one of my favorite summer dressings. I eat it on everything from salads, tacos, as a marinade, or even as a dip for tortilla chips.

Instructions
You are not going to believe how easy this homemade dressing is. Put everything in the blender, pulse a few times, and voila, you're done!
Don't worry if you don't have a blender, you can also make this by just finely chopping the cilantro and garlic and then whisking the ingredients together, or even shaking them in a sealed jar!
Storage Instructions
Store this dressing in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two weeks. You can also freeze leftover dressing to use later as a marinade for chicken or shrimp.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup Cilantro packed and large stems removed
- ¼ cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lime Juice about 2 limes worth
- 1 clove Garlic peeled
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- pinch Salt and Pepper more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon Tajin Chili and Lime Seasoning optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until it is smooth.
- Serve immediately, or store in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
