You are not going to believe how easy this homemade dressing is. Simply put everything in the blender, pulse a few times and voila, your done!
Don't worry if you don't have a blender, you can also make this by just finely chopping the cilantro and garlic and then whisking the ingredients together, or even shaking them in a sealed jar!

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup packed cilantro stems removed
- ¼ cup avocado oil, or extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice (about 2 limes worth)
- 1 clove of garlic peeled
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- pinch of salt and pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon tajin, chili and lime seasoning optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until it is smooth.
- Serve immediately, or store in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
